Discovery Clubs are conducted in schools buildings, after school hours, so the children do not need to travel to a different location. This poses no legal problem in view of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in 2001, in the case of the Good News Club can meet in public schools after school hours on the same terms as other community groups. This ruling assures Discovery Clubs of the right to meet in the public schools, after school hours.
